SubHundred is a personal cholesterol logger for people treating LDL to a goal. Questions, bug reports, and feature requests all go to the same place: xmasdongx@gmail.com.

Open Trend and tap Add reading, or tap Add reading on the Today tab. Enter the values from your own lab report — LDL, HDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol — and the date they were drawn. You can switch between mg/dL and mmol/L from the unit button in the top right of Trend.
Open Settings → Risk tier and pick the tier your clinician told you. The goal shown on the Today tab follows from that tier. The app never assigns your tier, never diagnoses, and never prescribes — if you are unsure which tier applies to you, ask your clinician rather than guessing.
Settings → Baseline LDL stores your pre-treatment value. It is what the app uses to show how far your LDL has come since you started treatment, which is often what a clinician wants to see alongside the absolute number.
A calculated LDL can be imprecise when LDL is very low or triglycerides are high. If the numbers look surprising, ask your lab whether it used a direct measurement or a calculation, and which formula.
Add your statin or other lipid-lowering medication on the Meds tab, then turn on a daily reminder there. Reminders are free and run locally on your device — nothing is sent to a server. If reminders do not appear, check iOS Settings → Notifications → SubHundred.
Tap the share icon on the Today tab to build a one-page summary: your LDL against your goal, the full panel history, the drop from your baseline, and medication adherence. It opens as a preview inside the app so you can read it first, then print it or send it wherever you like.
Pro unlocks trend insights, the doctor summary export, and history beyond the most recent 90 days. Logging your panels, your current LDL against your goal, the 90-day trend, and reminders are all free and stay free.
Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through your App Store account. To cancel or change it, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal. Purchases can be restored from the paywall with Restore purchases.
Open Settings → Language. The app follows your device language by default and can be set independently to English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, or German.
Everything stays on your device in an encrypted database. There is no account and no server. Use Settings → Delete all my data, or delete the app, to remove it permanently. See the privacy policy at /apps/subhundred/privacy.
SubHundred is an educational logger for values you enter yourself. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Talk to your clinician about your goal, your medication, and any change in your results.
