ThemeDay is an app that helps you bring a sense of theme to everyday life. Each day you can pick a theme, complete the small actions that go with it, and leave a single echo behind. We aim to give you a quiet, private, undisturbed experience.
You agree not to write, in your echoes or any other input, content that: • violates national laws and regulations; • insults, harasses, discriminates against, or personally attacks others; • is pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate; • infringes on the privacy or intellectual property of others. If you violate these rules, we may remove the relevant content, and in serious cases stop providing the service to you.
The echoes and other original content you write in the App belong to you. Echoes are stored in your own iCloud Private Database; ThemeDay's servers do not store the text of your echoes. The App reads from iCloud only to display them back to you, and never uses them for any other purpose.
We may adjust features, change the interface, or suspend parts of the service as the product evolves. For significant changes, we will give advance notice through in-app announcements. For service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as server failure or network outage), we are not liable for compensation, but we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
The themes, copy, quotations, and other content provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or investment advice. If you are going through serious emotional distress or mental health issues, please seek help from a professional. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the App.
Some theme packs in the App are paid content, purchased through the official Apple or Google payment channels. Once payment succeeds, the corresponding theme is unlocked. Due to the nature of digital goods, purchased content is non-refundable except as required by the official payment channel's refund rules.
If there are significant changes to this agreement, we will give clear notice within the App. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated agreement.
The conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction at the developer's location.
